I have to agree. The skirt on the ranger just turned out to be too short. Replaced both images with better (atleast imo) versions.

The short skirt was fine, she just couldn't be commando. Something though, I think you could improve on is your detailing; You shouldn't really leave 'lines' in the finished drawing, cause you notice in the real world things never have lines around them - they're separated by differences of color crispness and shading.

If you remember my Djinn thread that got deleted from GWO, about making breasts.. lol, it actually got into that quite a bit. Shading to realistic accurateness is time consuming though.

That's more personal preference and "style" than anything else. Myself, I'm a fan of "sketchy" work. If you look at any comic style art, lines are overly abundant. Obliterating all trace of lines from a picture is very possible, and if you're going for a painting style, rather than a drawing style, I'd say go for it. However, there are a number of very talented artists who use lines prominently in their work.

Power’s work is rather stylised, and realism clearly isn’t a top priority (the ladies are far from anatomically correct ) yet, it has a memorable and endearing quality to it. So, I’d say unless you want to start doing photo-realist style paintings Power, leave the lines in

Well, the thing is - I think thats what he is going for. I could be wrong though; If it were just to be cartoony, I'd just go with the whole 3 colorish anime color scheme. Like this for example. Few colors, but they still show detail. Here's another example of few colors = high detail, still.

Though, I figured he was working torwards something more like this, which is the work of an artist by the name of Alien 1452. Which by the way, most of his gallery is NSFW.

----

By the way, I don't get the Power - Debbie reference here, how did something remind you of Debbie? Perhaps you could pm me with how theres a relation. (Keep in mind I know who both of them are, I've played with them. - not that I'll ever play with them again.. Power rages too much and Debbie, well.. She just sucks.)

The naked body is a beautiful thing, porn generally isn't, IMO. If treated with respect, a naked person (male or female) can be a great subject for an image, porn on the other hand is incredibly limited in its scope. Nude /= Porn. Equally, you can have pornographic themes in a picture consisting of a fully clothed person.

Oh, and I like the new Havoc Song character, Paragon?

I do have a petite asian assasin, and i tried to draw her long back but it's my worst ever . legs became too long and face just became plain ugly. She's buried in this thread somehwere. I really need to make a better drawing of her.

Your absolutely right in everything you just said. The WAY a fully clothed person or a naked person is drawn/pictured makes all the difference and yups Havoc Song is my baby paragon (lvl 3 )
